Please be reminded of Embrace Mental Health & Wellness Policy for Cancellation and No-Shows.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
We kindly request that you provide at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so, or missing an appointment without prior notification, will result in a charge equivalent to the full appointment fee. This fee must be settled before scheduling any future appointments with the provider.

For instance, if your or your child's appointment is scheduled for Monday at 4 PM, please ensure that you communicate your cancellation no later than the preceding Thursday at 4 PM. Similarly, if the appointment falls on Tuesday at 10 AM, kindly notify us by Friday at 10 AM.

We understand that genuine emergencies can arise, and these will be taken into consideration. However, please be aware that medication refill requests may not be honored if the patient has recently missed or canceled an appointment. Your cooperation in adhering to our policy is greatly appreciated.
