CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
No shows/rescheduling with less than 48 business hours’ notice: If a cancellation is not made within 48 hours or is missed without notification, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment, and this fee must be paid prior to rescheduling an appointment with the provider. For example, if you or your child’s appointment is on Monday at 4 PM, you will communicate your cancellation no later than the previous Thursday at 4 PM; if an appointment is on Tuesday at 10 AM, you will communicate no later than Friday at 10 AM.
True emergencies are taken into consideration. Medication refill requests may not be honored if the patient has just missed or canceled an appointment.

BEFORE TELEVISITS
To aid in the development of a strong clinician-patient relationship, it is required that you do the following before each telehealth encounter:
Ensure that you are in a private space free of distraction
Have and maintain a stable internet connection
Conduct hardware and software checks prior to the appointment to ensure that video and audio connections are properly working
